Commercial insurance. Built onpartnership.
Oasis is an insurance intermediary and, on selected schemes, a Managing General Agent under delegated authority. We work with brokers, introducers, affiliates and insurers to access products, place business and administer schemes.
Access, refer, and where approved, bind.
Access Oasis scheme products and refer risks that are difficult to place or out of appetite. On selected schemes, sub-delegation can be explored where the insurer approves.

Your capacity. Our operation.
Oasis acts as MGA and agent of the insurer under an agreed binding authority. The mandate sets what we run: underwriting and binding, administration, claims, distribution and oversight.

- MI, bordereaux & governance
Refer. We do the rest.
Refer commercial customers to Oasis without selling or advising on insurance yourself. From a simple introduction to a tracked, co-branded referral journey.

Bring the idea. We build the case.
An idea, a niche audience or a specialist book. We help shape the proposition, operating model and business case, and take it to an insurer partner with you.

Commercial combined
Core commercial package combining property, liability and business interruption.
- Oasis role
- MGA or intermediary, per product
- Partner route
- Broker access and referral
Where Oasis has delegated authority, we act within the authority granted under the binding authority agreement. Sub-delegation is subject to insurer approval, due diligence and ongoing oversight. Risks outside scheme appetite can be explored in the wider market.
Start with the opportunity. Build the right model.
No predetermined structure. The route follows the opportunity: scheme access, referral or affiliate, Appointed Representative, sub-delegation, wider-market placement, an MGA mandate or a proposition built together.
- 01
Understand the opportunity
A customer need, a hard-to-place risk, a specialist book, an audience, a capacity requirement or a scheme idea.
- 02
Choose the route
The model that fits: access, referral, AR, sub-delegation, wider market or MGA mandate.
- 03
Build and approve
For new propositions we build the underwriting, distribution and operational case with you and present it to an insurer partner. Capacity and authority remain the insurer's decision.
- 04
Operate and oversee
Under the mandate: underwriting and binding, administration, claims, MI and bordereaux, QA, governance and performance management.
Placement and delegated authority, under one roof.
We understand both placement and delegated authority. On selected schemes we act as MGA and run the scheme where authority is granted: underwriting and binding, administration, claims, MI and bordereaux. Elsewhere we broker, refer or introduce. Digital journeys where they add speed and consistency, underwriters where judgement is needed, and long-term relationships with brokers, insurers and distributors aligned on sustainable performance and customer outcomes.
